WE ARE HAVING A TRAINING SESSION ON GOING OVER A FEW DAYS, SO THAT OUR NEW CURATORS CAN GET A FEEL FOR WHAT THEY DO DURING THE MARATHON.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN SHOPPING, BUYING, CHATTING, YOU WILL NEED TO BECOME A MEMBER OF BNR CHA-CHING PARTY
(Please keep in mind this really is not a team, just a place for everyone on Etsy to gather for BNR fun!)

SHOPPING RULES AND GUIDELINES

There will be 24 spots on the BNR board.
Each spot is a MINIMUM $5
Each shop can have a MAXIMUM of 4 spots.
**Two spots will drop off as the curators change,. All spots that are dropped will get a feature on the BNR/BNS that Cyn will do during the month, also biggest spenders from them, will be on the opening board next month**

Shoppers may call for as many spots as a shop has on the board.
Example: JNJGIFTS has 4 spots on the board. You may call for 1, 2, 3, or 4 spots. Each spot you call for, your total after coupon/ before shipping has to cover all spots.
Sally calls: JNJGIFTS x3 PLEASE
Sally must spend at least $15 after coupon, before shipping in JNJGIFTS.

If you call for a shop and they do no have the amount of spots you called for. Your request will be denied.
Example:
Sally calls: JNJGIFTS x3 PLEASE
Billy calls: JNJGIFTS x2 PLEASE
Duke calls: JNJGIFTS x1 PLEASE

Approvals:
SALLY OK TO SHOP JNJ x3
SORRY BILLY JNJ ONLY HAS 1 SPOT LEFT
DUKE OK TO SHOP JNJ x1

The shopper will replace on the board, the number of spots they shop on the board.

Please bring back the # of links for items that you are replacing on the board. This will keep the BNR flowing smoothly.

PLEASE REMEMBER – If you buy into a BNR, you are committing to complete your purchase.
Please do not ask the seller for a refund after the event is over. Should this happen to a seller, please inform Jacqueline.

We know unforeseen things happen during an event – accidents happen, internet disappears, etc.
Therefore, ANY TRANSACTION THAT HAS NOT BEEN FULFILLED WITHIN 30 MINUTES WILL BE CANCELLED AND THAT SHOP WILL BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN FOR SHOPPING.

AnniMaes....you can pause the game if absolutely need be. We try not to pause too often/long at a time but if you're feeling overwhelmed than by all means pause

What if we take the wrong shop off the board? That's the one thing I'm scared of doing....especially if I'm going back and forth between browsers! I try to take things slow so I don't make mistakes and then question myself afterwards.

You just need to remember, when there are two of you, you only do one thing, oker and take off, or change the board.

For the board you'll generally have 3-5 minutes warning time for the switch.

If a wrong shop is removed immediately pause and correct it. That's were having multiple tabs in the same browser open is helpful

Works for me cause I get really nervous okaying if I get knocked off the internet every hour!! I can always come back in and check for putting things on the board.

ya, was thinking of having one tab open for the original board and not toughing it(no refresh), then another i play with and then the discuss board.

usually when i am oker i dont talk , because I need to keep up with the calls. if you work as a team, then the person changing the board has more time to chatter etc...

But putting it back in the same place if it is removed wrong can't be done unless you do the whole board over again. Right?

when i have to remove someone I always work from the bottom of the board to look for the shop, that way I am taking the last shop off, also that is why we ask to call the shop name, that way there is no confusion who you are taking off. To many people with the same first name

Annimea it depends how many shops have been removed before you notice.

If it just a few it can be done easily

Yeah I can't talk much when I'm okaying and removing....or doing it by myself.
The main reason I signed up for the last shift on the last night is because there won't be much going on. I was comfortable last night doing it alone when you left Ed, so not worried about doing it alone the last shift.
