9-11, 11-1, 1-3, 3-5, 5-9
Instructions for each:
APPROVER/ OKAYER
If you are the approver or okayer of shops being called you will need to before starting make a note of the last 2 or 3 shops (depending if their is a helper) on the board and write them down.
1. Open two tabs – one with discussion and one with featured shops
2. Ok the shop and who they are shopping
3. Remove them from the “treasury” by clicking on the check mark. This will take them off. Refresh to make sure it was removed
4. Either write down or copy and paste in word or excel the shops when you approve them.
5. Have Fun!
PAGE TURNER
If you are page turner you need to
1. Open two tabs – one with discussion and one with featured shops
2. Write down the last 2 or 3 shops (depending if their is a helper),
3. Remove the shops add your shop and the others to the "treasury"
4. This is what I do and is totally optional – after shop has been okay’d copy the approval and paste in Word or Excel…This lets me keep track of who is shopping and how many transactions need to come in at the end of the shift.
5. When they post their transaction and link, click on the item, it will take you to the item, next to the heart is three lines, click on that and click on the box for BNR this will automatically add them to the first spot on the board.
6. Once they have shopped I move them down lower in Excel to keep track of sales.

HELPER/GREATER
If you are a helper/greater try to great folks as they come in. Keep conversations going.
