I did discover a yummy sugar free drink at Starbucks because of this though. I get an iced sugar free cinnamon dolce latte with whole milk. Don't hardly miss the sugar.

it is pretty good. if you get it with skim milk, it's awful. whole milk makes all of the difference

I totally switched to diet soft drinks and since i hate them so much i only drink 1 or 2 a week (the mini cans do me just fine when I have a craving) -- I just can't drink the full on soda anymore -- gives me headache.

you are probably right, Edna. I can't give up my coffee creamer, but did switch to Stevia in my coffee rather than sugar. Not nearly as good though. I did cheat yesterday and had one of those mini cans of dr pepper. first one in about a month or two
