Hello everybody!

I'm having big problems deciding what to choose as a standard delivery policy in my shop.

Both shipping options - 1st (standard) -cheaper, but without insurance and sometimes longer or 2nd (insured) - much more expensive but safe and faster-seem to be popular with successful and experienced sellers.

Which one works for you and why?

To the shops who send items by normal delivery - how do you deal with lost items?

I used to send items by normal delivery and offer full refund, which ended up being quite damaging to the business, not just financially but also time and energy wise. But the fear of bad review is bigger - do you have a story to share about bad reviews or how to avoid it?
