Hello, I have a question. I do custom orders from scratch and I am not sure how to process the payments. For example I had a lady contact me with a photo of a purse she got from a store that was plastic. She wanted it made from leather. Now the way I did this was through various conversations I got what she wanted and created it, then I posted the finished product. The problem I have is after all of the work, time, and money put into the purse she could of had simply at the end decide "No" and then I am out of a whole lot of money. How can I do unique item through Etsy?
