Anyone use Photoshop.com? I need help!

Hey Everyone -

I have been using photoshop.com (the free online one) to edit my pictures for months. This past week, anytime I click on "Edit Photo", the editing window comes up, but is absolutely blank/black.

I tried their online support chat . . . that was such a joke I don't even know why they have it.

So I decided to ask my team and see if anyone has any ideas/suggestions. I have found a new online editor that I love (FotoFlexer), but Photoshop allowed me to save and organize all my pictures as well as edit them.

This will sound really lame, so if you've already tried it, sorry.

I'm a Photoshop user since the beginning of time and I'm really sorry about their support.

But, I don't know other software programs, but I DO know the quirkiness of computers..... I went on to Photoshop.com and tried to edit a photo and had no problem, so I thought I'd have you try this....

Some people have their computers on all the time, so just in case you haven't tried this,

Shut your computer OFF. Let it rest a few minutes. Then restart it. Just open the online software to get to Photoshop.com and try again.

If you've already tried this, sorry to have wasted your time....GOOD LUCK!!

Kitti, I do leave my computer on (standby when not in use), and tried restarting it, but not turning it off completely and letting it rest. So I will try that and let you know! Thanks for responding :-)

I have been using picnik.com for forever and I love it! The free version might not have the organization aspect you want, but I figured I'd throw it out there anyway!

Thank you both for your response. For whatever reason, photoshop has now started working for me again, through no doings of my own (i did shut down my computer, though, Kitti!).

I guess the good thing about this is that i did find a new photo editor that i like, so now I have an alternative if this ever happens again!

Excellent! Chances are it was just a bug on their end or an incapatability between your computer and their site that righted itself.....computers are very persnickety! I'm SO happy for you though, I know what it's like when things don't work like they're supposed to!
