I enjoy your banner as well but it's not clear from your banner what you sell. It's important to let the used know exactly what you sell as soon as they get to your site. Also, the quality is a little pixelated which has nothing to do with your design, just how you've saved it. Maybe try saving it as a .PNG or higher quality .PDF with a 300 dpi.
