If Anyone Wants Great Exposure...

My circle is at 6000 and rising fast! Between 100-200 new members a day. I only "heart" paintings and drawn art on paper/canvas other flat surfaces... Sometimes other items, but only in very rare cases....

People have been asking me, "How is your Circle so big in less than a year??? and I guess the answer is... I have good taste? I guess this sort of fine art curating is a big hit in the Etsy community... Who knew!

If you're interested in gaining some exposure, leave a post here and let me have a look at your shop. I'll favourite anything I see that I find beautiful. :)

Come to think of it, I have rarely seen paintings or even prints of paintings in the "handpicked items" that make it onto the Etsy front page.

Just a note for anyone who gets an item chosen for a treasury: ALWAYS visit the treasury and hit the "favorite" button. That will put the treasury into more circles and activity feeds.

I've had several items sold, right off of treasuries I've done. (Unfortunately for me, they were other peoples' offerings, not mine, but it does show the power of the circles and activity feeds.)

By the way... my circle is over 10,000 strong now... I hope most of those profiles are legit!

I've added items from everyone's shops to my faves... I'm not on Etsy much anymore so sorry for the delayed response. I've lost interest, since Etsy seems to have lost interest in us painters...

I'm thinking of moving over to Daily Paintworks. Maybe I will keep my old stuff over here, but new stuff may be headed for Daily Paintworks.
