The Giclee Factory has great prices and the color reproduction might be about as good as you can expect. It really depends on how accurate the files you upload are. I'm really picky about color accuracy but there are color variations that come from the camera you use, your computer monitor as well as the printing process, even the type of paper you use can affect the color. So it can be difficult to get really good results if you're trying to do it yourself.
I was reading some of the posts from a team for artists who sell giclees, and they recommended working directly with a printer at least at first. I did that with the first giclee I had made, and it made me realize what a tricky process it can be. It was also quite expensive, $24 for a 13"x13" print. The time I spent for the three trips back and forth to and from the printer was another consideration. So if you try The Giclee Factory or some other inexpensive printer you find on-line and you don't like the results, it's probably because your files aren't really as good as they need to be. I bought a program called Lightroom for about $170 back in January and have been teaching myself how to use it so I can prepare my own files. It's taken a lot of work, but hopefully it will pay off. My latest bunch of prints all looked good.
