We foster and are volunteer workers for Castaway Critters here in central PA. We also TNR as well as feed our community ferels. Our shop also offers that $1.00 will be donated to Castaway Critters for each pet neck tie that is sold on etsy and at our shows.
I volunteer with a cat rescue group and donate 10% of my Etsy sales to that group (up to 50% of certain items). I am on their board and do many activities with them and foster cats for them. I also support some other animal rescue groups with their fundraisers, events, and promotions. I absolutely love working with animals!
Hi all! I have been having fun reading everyone's introductions. So much love for the animals! It melt's my heart. First of all, I want to thank you all for being wonderful human beings, because I really have a hard time liking any human as I age. LOL. I'm kidding, but, with all the cruelty out there and what I see in the news, I just can't stand a lot of "humans." It takes trust and things in common, and this is why I love this thread so much. My wall breaks down and I want to cry tears of joy to find people who care so deeply. I adopted a 20 year old rescue horse. His name is Beau and he is a huge part of my soul. I started an Etsy store to give 50% to horse rescue charities. It isn't going to make me millions of dollars, but, it is going to make me feel like a million bucks to help with these beautiful beings.

we care for our foster pets we have many that are approaching their senior years we have found foster homes for kittens left abandoned on our property we give from our sales to pet partners whom have helped us with vet bills we give to animal alliance whom provides low cost effective spay and neuter for ferals felines and canines we have estate and antiques sales and help to provide for some adoption days at pet stores my artwork is printed on pretty juniors tshirts and proceeds from the sales help provides for our ferals and to give to pet providers
I really respect and like the girl who runs/founded Lola Dalmatian Rescue and Transport. She is a gift to Dalmatians in the South since she finds them, picks them up in whatever state they are stuck in, and brings them to their new home which she helped find.
I have donated a custom pet portrait print for her to auction to raise money and I'd be happy to hear of more small (or large) organizations like hers to donate more portraits. I love dogs and it's an easy way for me to help.

We have had to rescue abandoned pets that thoughtless ppl have left on our door step and a good animal loving friend took the kitten to her new home, his daughter works for a vet, so the small kitten got immediate help
We give cash donations to the adoptions pet parents when they have the adoptions days, to help with the care of animals

one of our elderly rescue kitties had an issue with his tooth, and it was serious, we got him the med help he needed asap
he has been with us for over 12 years, We are greatful for the Animal Alliance staff veterinary clinic, whom helped us through this issue When our sales are good we drop of a check and also will bring towels, toys and monetray donations to this special vet clinic.
we have rescued one sweet little orange flully girl kitten her name is Lilly, and she has been given a permanent home with one of our good friend,s whose daughter works at a vet clinic
Aside from volunteering in the summer, we're currently working to get some equipment to be able to help out our rescue with photography for their petfinder listings, on top of eventually doing raffle fundraisers and other things to help promote them and hopefully get some animals some forever homes!
