Refunds/returns policy on art

Hi everyone,
I am interested to know what your policies are on returns. I haven't formulated a return policy yet and would like to know what has worked for you and what your experiences have been with buyers of your art.

Hi Karyn,
I offer a full refund of purchase price (not shipping, and buyer pays return shipping), after I receive the item back. I wouldn't want to be stuck with something I wasn't thrilled about, and I wouldn't want my customer to be either. I've only had one return so far, knocks on wood.....

Thanks Barb,
I feel the same way, especially concerning a piece of art, I don't want anyone to receive a painting and then not like it when they see it 'in person'.
I've noticed many people don't have refund policies listed, but I've made one for a full refund within a week, and buyer pays the return shipping.
