How to sell art work

Besides the many other things I create, I also make art work, usually mixed media. One yr at an event I vended at, I just put a pile of my work on the table and it wall all taken in an hour!
I started creating art again and someone wants to buy a piece. This blows my mind, I never ever thought about selling my work because it can be very amaturish. But now I am wondering if its possible.

I Need Help! How does one figure out pricing? I see that some people only sell prints of their art. I like that idea too.

Please help! I'd like to add some pieces.

I have seen many different formulas for pricing artwork and from what I have found people do it slightly different from each other.

I think for me the important thing to keep in mind is to make sure to include prices for all materials; not only materials for the art piece itself, but also the shipping and packaging materials and others. Also figuring in time. Not just time to create the art piece but also time for marketing, time for shipping, etc. Hope this helps a little bit, and good luck!
