On June 25, we say goodbye to the old listing form. After years of service, the old form is retiring and will no longer be available. Don’t worry; you won’t miss any of your favorite features.

The updated listing form has evolved. Thanks to feedback from sellers like you, the updated form is streamlined and now has everything you need to save time. If you haven’t tried it already, no action is needed to make the switch. 

Confidently list your items with these time-saving features: 

• Scroll no more: Navigation tabs help you quickly jump to sections of your listing details faster and more seamlessly.

• Optimize smarter: The Performance tab displays performance data and reviews for your listing, making it easier to decide what types of edits to make.

• Get a sneak peek: Listing preview lets you double check your edits before publishing live.

• NEW! Skip the mental math: The profit calculator helps you efficiently estimate your profits while pricing your items.

And it’s only getting better! The updated listing form allows us to develop new features you want 3x faster. With just one modernized form, you'll soon see more insights and exciting features based on your suggestions. This is just one way we’re investing in your shop’s success.

Since we announced that we’re retiring the old listing form on June 25, we’ve monitored and listened to your feedback, especially about the features that you would like to see on the new form.

We’ve passed this feedback onto our team and are happy to share that by June 25 you will be able to:

• Add manual translations to your listing

• Enable your listing to appear on your Pattern site

• Edit a private, custom listing in the new form

• See and edit all listing states (e.g., inactive or expired listings) in the new form

We are also exploring further improvements to navigation and shipping profiles.

A few weeks ago, we shared a few features that would be incorporated into the new listing experience before the official release day on June 25. Today, we’re happy to share that the following features are now available:

• Adding manual translations to your listings
• Sharing your listings on your Pattern site
• Editing private, custom listings in the new form
• Viewing and editing all listing states (e.g., inactive or expired)

Our team recently identified an issue impacting the ability to bulk edit listings for some members, which has since been resolved. Upon investigation, our team uncovered that one of our latest updates to the listings manager had unintentionally caused this issue. This functionality is back to normal, and you should now be able to resume bulk editing your listings. We also identified an issue with renewing sold-out listings and are working on fixing this within the next week. 

We apologize for any confusion or disruption this may have caused, and we appreciate your patience as we make improvements and necessary updates to the listing experience. Thank you, everyone, for bringing this to our attention.
