From the Forums: Helpful Tips!
We’ve had a number of new members joining us on the Forums in recent months- welcome to you all! With this in mind, we’d like to give you all some helpful tips to get the most out of the Forums.
If you have a shop operation concern or technical issue, it’s best to start a new thread focused on this issue, rather than posting on an older thread. Bumping older threads with newer or unrelated issues can cause confusion for members viewing the Forums.
We have a number of ways to help you find the content that you’re looking for in the Forums. One of these methods is labels, which are now available for the community to use! Clicking on the labels that appear at the right hand side of each Forums section page brings you to a page of threads with that corresponding label i.e. Etsy Insights, Milestones, or Search.
We encourage you to add appropriate labels to the threads you post, to help other members find helpful content! You can do this by typing in the appropriate label in the Label field underneath the post dialogue box. If you see a thread with inaccurate labels, you can flag this for the attention of the Forums Team.
