My name is Vero Heino, and I’ve been with Etsy for over three years now. This past fall, I was thrilled to step into a new role leading our Seller Community and Corporate Affairs teams. It’s a role I care deeply about because it’s all about nurturing connections and supporting you–our amazing seller community. We are here to champion your work and to help you connect with and learn from one another. We are also here during tough moments, including when extreme weather events strike.
Being part of a community means that when one part is hurting, the rest of us come together to offer support. Our hearts are with those of you in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas as wildfires continue to impact so many. Last week we reached out directly to sellers in the affected areas with resources and support. We’ve already heard from so many of you on how you are navigating this situation–we’re in awe of your grit and resilience. If you’re impacted but haven’t heard from us yet, please reach out to our support team—we’re here to help however we can.

Vero has been with Etsy for three years and leads the Corporate Affairs and Community teams.
