A few weeks ago, we announced that you would start to see the new Shop Manager in your shops. Today, we’re excited to announce that all sellers will now see the new Shop Manager.
Shop Manager gives you access to all the information you need to run your business and was carefully crafted with the help of more than 60 thousand sellers who opted in early.
You can think of the new Shop Manager as a toolbox designed to help you tackle every task. Today, we’re also introducing a new tool for your toolbox: a redesigned Stats experience.
The new Stats is designed to:
>>Give you a holistic look at your business: get insights into your entire business with stats for your Etsy shop, Etsy Wholesale listings, Etsy Studio listings, and Pattern site in one place.
>>Show more accurate data: Etsy’s data engineers have worked to filter out bots and spam to ensure you have the most accurate data possible when making decisions about your business.
>>Help you focus on what matter most: the new Stats highlights visits, an industry-standard metric that represents each customer who checks out your shop.
>>Learn more about your customers: we’ve introduced new data that gives you insights about your customers that you haven't seen before, like what else they’re searching for on Etsy and the devices they’re using.
Like the Shop Manager, the new Stats experience was built in partnership with more than 15 thousand sellers who participated in our closed prototype and early opt-in periods. We’ve made many changes to these tools based on what we’ve heard from sellers like you, and the new Stats is reflective of the invaluable feedback we received over the past few months.
If you don’t see the new Stats in your shop yet, stay tuned! Over the next week, Stats will launch to everyone. Please note that if you run multiple shops, it’s possible to see the new Stats experience in one, but not the others.
As you adjust to these new tools, you can still toggle them on and off temporarily using the button at the bottom of the navigation.
