New VAT requirements for orders shipped to Switzerland
Starting January 1, 2025, Etsy will collect Swiss VAT on all orders sold to Swiss buyers, regardless of the item's value or origin (domestic or imported). Sellers must include Etsy and our Swiss VAT numbers on packages shipped to Switzerland to ensure correct data is transmitted by the postal carrier.
