An update to our policy on returns for digital items

Hi Sellers, 

We recently announced changes that will allow you to have listing specific return policies for your items, instead of one return policy for your entire shop. In case you missed the announcement about the new return policy format and you sell digital listings, this update is for you. 

As part of this change, sellers will no longer be able to accept returns on digital listings given the nature of the items. 

We've updated your shop’s current policy to reflect this. However, if a buyer reaches out to you regarding a digital listing they purchased, you’re free to resolve the issue as you see fit.
