It looks like the conversation here has come to a natural pause, so we'll close this up. Thanks!
good grief.
at least etsy closed their shop.
if etsy had followed their own policies...
it would have been shut down for reselling gift boxes filled with non-handmade things.
a long time ago.
So, this is what it takes to close down a reseller?
Lol!
that is the funniest thing i have read in the forum in months... lol
This is what it takes to close down a smuggler.
Resellers have nothing to worry about.
Thanks for the chuckle this morning!!! :)))))))))))
Wow. It looks like they just closed them down today. Google cache shows their shop still open as of this afternoon.
maybe josh reads the nypost.
OR, has an Etsy interne try to read it to him.
stop it... lol
I wonder if Etsy had any idea. They seem to suspect everyone of nefarious deeds except actual criminals.
@Former_Member
That's probably because this was on our national news tonight so since it had "gone public" something had to be done!
"Smooth shipping Has a history of shipping on time with tracking."
Obviously!
... Karma Karma Chameleon
Bet they promptly respond to customer messages at 10:30PM on a Sunday evening too!
Almost spit out my coffee...lol
But…but… I thought since we were all verified by Plaid that that stopped money launderers…
It didn't sound like they were money laundering - just receiving the goods and then sending them out with the Etsy orders.
They can operate for a year and then start another shop. Plaid only mean you have a bank account with that name. Those shops just close an open another fictitious account.
Oh, my.
Sorry still laughing!
That shop was reseller and a Russian smuggler
