Join teams that help promote your listings. Some are like games where you have to "like or fav" 10 listings above you and then you post your listing, etc.
There are a lot of promo teams. I look for ones that have a lot of members. It can be time consuming (I have spent hours posting my listings, favouriting others) but my views and favourited items has increased dramatically.
