How do I improve my thumbnail photo - top and bottom cut off!

ust spent another 90 minutes experimenting, and I feel like I'm re-inventing the wheel! My actual pictures are fine, but no matter how small I make them, they still do not show the complete set of four buttons. Made some up at 500 pixels (message: too small to crop) and 700 and 900. None of these made any difference in the thumbnail that potential customers see first. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Judy, I used to have the same problem, but now i make sure there is enough background space in all of my photos. taking the pictures too close up can cause for your items to be enlarged in the thumbnails. try taking your pictures from further away!

Thanks Angela - I have to change all my pictures, but I tried it on a dozen of them and it worked!
