SwapBot is a site where people swap items, frequently craft materials and hand-crafted items. If you are getting views from there then somebody has probably included a link to one of your items (or your shop) as an example of something they like, either in a swap description or in the forum discussions there. They also sometimes run 'Etsy favourites' swaps (everyone in the swap buys something for their partner's from their Etsy favourites), so it's possible somebody who has favourited an item of yours is participating in a shop like that. It's a very crafty online community, so getting known on there could definitely help your sales!
