I've been on Etsy for over four years and I think one of the most exciting things to do on here is TRADE! I love trading my handmade goods for other awesome handmade goods. It's a great way to get gifts for friends, family, or even yourself. ;) It's also a great way to get some easy feedback if you're new!
The only trading method I use and promote is trading directly through Etsy. Keep your listing prices the same. (Trade value should be the same for both parties.) Both users trading must "purchase" through each others shops. Both shops must have payment option "other" active. Check out but do not pay, "pay" with "other." Then when the items arrive both parties can leave feedback. Trade at your own risk.
