Hi all,

My name is Elly and I am from Ontario!

In a nutshell I am a graphic designer, jewelry maker, and barista! If you don't know what a barista is, I make coffee at a coffee shop.

My shop currently sells vintage jewelry, toys(none up at the moment), video games, record needles, and some stuff that is made by me. I am currently in the midst of cleaning out my room, so a lot more will be coming soon. I also hope to have time to post some of my handmade jewelry, but I really want to get all of this stuff up first. I really need to clean up my house! Hahaha!

Denise, I love your work! And laughed when I read your intro because I can totally relate to how quickly an obsession hits. My love affair with viking knit happed just like that - one short class, one butt-ugly piece of jewelry (which I will NEVER part with) turned into something that I just have to do! I've been known to create jewelry to match my outfits the morning I put the outfit on. Or worse yet, pick the jewelry I want to wear and find the outfit to match the piece. How sad yet quite amusing.

I favourited your shop and am looking forward to the new gorgeous pieces you create.

Hey Donna, that is so funny, I had gone to your shop after reading your intro above and fell in love with your viking wraps! I was thinking I need to make a bail big enough to go over it : ) Its funny because after I did my one and only class, I intended to go and do a viking wrap class after...then became obsessed and never made it! I do have more to post, but sadly blew up my laptop with all my photos and software on it this week...but I have taken over the husband's so there will be more coming as soon as I take new pics. p.s. Hello, I have just opened my vintage inspired shop. I sew little kids outfits using vintage patterns. I have a few items in the shop and am always working on the next one. I live in a very small town, Oak Lake, in the midwest part of Manitoba. I have two sweet, very busy, little girls that make it hard for me to get to my hobby (sewing of any sort) but life is full and great and I love to spend my time doing that which I love.
