Shipping Presets Broken

I am attempting to print labels for tomorrow. All my existing shipping presets aren't working, and I can't delete most of them (the dialog to do so disappears too fast most times.)

And when I try to make new ones, I can't. Nothing is sticking. This is a problem indeed (and I will be posting in Bugs too.)

Probably not a glitch, but it may have to do with the changes USPS is making, effective tomorrow. You might have to change your presets. See this thread and the Etsy Announcement that I linked in my reply:

I am well aware of the changes coming tomorrow. 

The problems are:

1- I cannot delete an old preset
2- I cannot create a new one to replace it, using the new USPS settings.

I too am having issues - all my presets have disappeared and it is not allowing me to add new ones - I am in the UK

I have found this too- but only my presets that are not a signed for service have disappeared. I have been able to manually add the details for each parcel tonight, but not save it as a new preset. Hopefully just a glitch and quickly resolved because everything takes so much longer this way!

its allowing us to save presets but then can only see them in the international part if you go in to delivery options but cant use in domestic uk post

go to delivery settings when you are about to order on the top right hand side it will take you to another page with 4 sub headings the 4th one postage label options is the one to look at as we can see all our uk domestic presets saved in international but cant edit or move them its all changed since evri has been added

Having the same issues. Seems to only affect royal mail 1st class

I just printed a label from Etsy using my old preset...  I used USPS Ground Advantage and the label was same price as First Class.  I'm in the US.

The order was placed today, however....  are you trying to print labels for orders before today?  Not sure if that would make a difference...

@KatyDidsCards  Sounds like a glitch but I don't know if you're using a desktop or app. You can try to reach out  to chat support and put a ticket in.

I don't have any open orders at the moment so I pretended I was printing a new label on a completed order. I wanted to see if the rates are the same. I had no problem using my presets. It automatically gave me the new USPS Ground Advantage rate instead of the old USPS Package rate. The postage amount was the same. I'm on my laptop using Chrome.

I have 18 orders due TOMORROW that I can't purchase. I can't change to the new setting and can't see it, and Etsy won't let me update. I swear it's always something and I have no idea what to do.

If you are US try PirateShip and see if you can print there. It is free and faster than battling Etsy glitches.

I offer free shipping and send my photos in an envelope using the rates for First Class Flats. I print a label for First Class and get a tracking number. Tonight I can’t print a First Class label. I thought about creating a new shipping option, but First Class Ground isn’t available and that wouldn’t work anyway because the new USPS Ground Advantage is for packages only. My mail is flats. I guess I’ll just ship with stamps. But then I don’t have a tracking number and you can bet the Post Office  will be a disaster. Etsy please fix First Class Flats labels.

you just need to choose package type and delivery service, the presets don't work even after you save it with the new settings so far.

I'm in the UK and having the same problem. All my delivery presets have disappeared and if I create a new one, it doesn't appear for other orders

Having issues with shipping presets here too, in UK. Presets vanished and can't save new ones. Also noticed despite the timescales being exactly the same with an international signed for service as standard international and the item being dispatched before the ship by date, I get a red warning from ETSY saying they will arrive later than the customer expects, thereby putting me off using a signed for service for international orders.
