Dealing with a refund request

Hi, a buyer received her sequin jacket on May 8 and on May 13 wrote me that it doesn’t fit and wants to return.  My policy is listed as ‘no refunds’ and I listed measurements on the listing.  Any advice? Hate to take back the purchase and incur more cleaning costs, shipping, etc.  But don’t want a poor review, either,  I would appreciate comments and suggestions!😀
