Hey Brittany so I have not yet opened my shop but i have worked in retail for amazon and Zappos for a long time now.
1. Deliver Great Customer Service - world of mouth is the best advertisement
2. Ensure that your pricing is right in regards to the competitors
3. Take responsibility for everyone's mistake (shipping carrier etc.)
4. When you ship items now that its coming to the festive season you can send them a $5 coupon that they can use to re purchase something from your shop.
*** With the coupon even if they don't want t o buy something else from you they will because the don't want the coupon to go to waste.
