Hi All,
Like most sellers on ETSY, I now have quite a few overdue international items due to the ongoing Royal Mail Cyber attack issue.
My concern is "Star Seller" my star seller rating for dispatching items on time has droped from 100% to 98% in the last few days. So ETSY are obviously not protecting sellers during this situation which is totally out of our control.
Most of my items are either letter or large letter, so sending by alternative methods is not possible.
Have ETSY said anything about this ? Maybe I've missed something. If anyone has any info that would be great.
