Hello all,
Just wanted to know if anyone else ONLYoffers priority mail for shipping? I've had three books damaged during shipping process. Latest customer took photo of the damaged book and I was able show proof and collect the insurance since it was through priority mail. I did resend her a new book at no charge to her. The two other books that were damaged was by first class mail, therefore I took a hit since I resent them the book at my expense.
I don't want to give customers damaged books, so I'm think priority mail would be the best option. What do you all think?
