I am new to Etsy . and still have many questions . I am finding that when I fill an order the customers dont leave feed back but they will leave a message back in convo. I am wondering if they are having a hard time finding where to write feed back .I know when I place and order and want to leave feed back I too dont know where to go to place feed back . Why doesn`t Etsy just have a feed back option right next to the order place section .They have Track package , contact the shop and view the receipt they should have the feed back there too it would be so much easier . But for now where to I go to leave feed back to a shop I ordered from ??
