Good morning, everyone. I had a very busy day yesterday. First I had an unexpected call before I had my morning coffee and had to scurry out of the house and take Brandon, the oldest grandson for an appointment, then be to pick up Jordan and to the hair dresser by 12. Yes, we both have new hair cuts for the holidays and Brandon had his cut last week, so we are set. After that, I tried to find a shipping container for the Depression glass plate I sold yesterday morning. That was after I found the plate. LOL

In the afternoon, hubby and I each had a half hour nap and then ran a couple of errands, I'm wanting to get my last couple of gifts bought so I can concentrate on getting my Etsy shop in shape for the New Year.

What have you been doing? Baking? Shopping? I'd love to hear about your day.

Hi Mary - Being a full time landscape artist I just paint all day every day. I have been doing this for many years and enjoy it very much. Just about to photograph some latest paintings for printing and the web. A little too sunny at the moment just waiting for a few clouds to create the ideal lighting situation which should happen any moment - any moment - any moment - LOL.

Good Morning All!

Same as always for me, working on my shop, marketing my shop, create new items for my shop. :)
I did start the day by buying more gifts for my hubby. May ask my Mom to go shopping with me this weekend to find the last gifts for my daughter and stepdad. :) Other then that, my Christmas shopping is just about done. :)

Over the past few days, I've broken down my old crafting area and I'm setting up shop on a repurposed old desk. I bought a resin kit 2-3 months ago and I promised myself that I'd finish moving and setting up the new area before getting into the kit. I still have a ways to go before that happens. I'm pretty happy with what I've done so far.

Listed a few new things last night. For some reason, the Etsy on Sale app didn't change these listings. I think I unchecked a box somewhere.

I have the day off from my day job, so I got to sleep in until the late late hour of 6:30 am LOL. My postal scale broke so I had to run down to the post office to weigh my package before printing off my shipping label....jeesh is it cold out there today!

I plan to spend the day working on an afghan for my living room...It's only been in progress for 2 years HA HA HA.

Off to make another cup of pumpkin spice coffee and zip off to the post office (again). Have a great day everyone!!

I added 16 new items,chose a new "Help a Teammate" shop,put up the front page push,sent out dozens of welcome messages on Tuesday. Later I helped celebrate my brother's birthday with him and now I'm going to put up the front page push, taking a dozen more photos,get a nap in there somehow,finish my Etsy Christmas shopping..whew now if I could add a few sales to that schedule I'd be set :)

Good Morning Everyone, I joined Etsy in June and joined this team yesterday. I am loving Etsy and working hard to improve my shop. I actually owned a B&M Shop just North of where Chris is located. And I know some of his relatives, so I am double happy to be here. I will take all the help and suggestions I can get to improve my shop. Looking forward to getting to know all of you.

Good afternoon everybody! Lots of busy bees here :) Had a usual day yesterday, made a new driftwood clock which I listed this morning, spent an hour "building" two bespoke boxes out of other boxes so that I could pack the 2 driftwood clocks I sold (impossible to find the right ready-made size for them, they are just too big or too small, and the international pack size limits have to be taken into consideration), finished doing a bit of kiddies jewellery to fill the counter spinner and then went to that school Christmas event I wrote about yesterday.

As I don't have children myself and am not therefore used to big (or even small for that matter) bunches of them all in one place, I had a lovely time and it was great listening to what they can come up with. Some pearls : "Miss! Can I buy this one for free??" "Miss, I'm bored now, can I come behind the desk and help you?" "Excuse me, it's 7pm now, does that mean I can have this bookmark for free?". Blissful innocence :D

Hi everyone! I joined this team over the holiday weekend and have been watching and noticing just how very supportive you all are of each other. It's great. Feels wonderful to see people who care about the success of others and their daily lives!

I'm running our store as a (hopeful) source of income for our vintage dance team. My name is Morgan and I have a full time job as a photo editor at the local newspaper. So I'm a photographer/editor/dancer and now etsyian (is that a word?).

Our dance team has a gig tomorrow. We'll be performing for TEDxABQ. We're the opening number. So today I go to work, do photo editing duties, run off to a quick dress rehearsal, and then return to work for more photo editing duties. And I'll probably be on etsy in my little down moments during the day. :)

Thanks for the support already on here. I've participated in a few games and felt the group love.

I have been away for quite some time, first I had no time had an order placed for a portuguese craft shop, then my internet decided it was time for some hollidays and then no time again... hectic crazy life mine has been.

But now I am back, listing new items, feeling very proud of my double scoop ice cream :), and participating in this great team again!!

Spent four hours travelling back home from daughter's house and after setting up the computer again, found there was one firm order and a custom request/order too. Definitely must go away more often. That's five in a week, fortunately, all in stock so I can get them off by the week-end. They're all to either US or Australian destinations, and there's no guarantee they'll still get to their addresses by the big day. Do wish folks would organise themselves a bit better, as I hate to disappoint folks!

Definitely down to all the support from you guys. But fear I shan't be visiting as regularly in coming days, as I've got a lot of sewing if I'm to make the orders I've already accepted in time for Christmas, as well as those I've got to post!

Will drop in as and when I can. Meanwhile, go for it all of you!

we did two craft shows over the weekend - one is a week long so it's still going. i have to go over there today to add more things to the table,

i have 40+ orders, so i've been knitting and crocheting up a storm. The house is more of a wreck than usual and I have to find a way to get myself organized.
because our nest is empty, we don't really worry much about christmas decorations, etc. i used to, but just don't have the time.

right now, i would just like to have my head organized so i can get everything else in order - but that's just me in the everyday and has nothing to do with the season.
