Our chat was great again yesterday. It seems to be very popular lately and that is great. It's a place where we can come to ask questions, leave a rant or just chat with someone.

Today, we're going to do something a little different. Let's have a Random Act of Kindness Day. Do a Random Act of Kindness for a Team Mate. Once it's done, you can either tell us what you did, or if you wish to remain anonymous, that is fine. In that case just type done and post it. You can buy something, promote, fave, heart, pin or do whatever you wish. Have fun.

Hello, just joined the Team today and wanted to stop by and introduce myself. My name is Toni and I am from NC. I have two sweet babies, a one year old and four year old. I love to make things. I do metal stamping, knitting, soldering,felting and much more. My shop is name is Woodland Crafters or Toniatwoodland. Right now I mainly have metal stampings and Lovely Gothic cameos listed as sort of the core of my shop, but as i add more listings, there will be much more variety.
I have only been here a few months but its going well so far and I LOVE the Etsy community so much. Good Times....
I will stop by here as much as i can, I am a busy mamma and I am Also Active on several other team but this one looks top notch. I love the feel of it.

Hey Team, I've been going through a lot and haven't been posting as usual. I had to move and am now staying with family until I can get back on my feet. I've been trying to keep my shop active and post here and there but it's been difficult. I need to draw more stamps but I've been struggling to find motivation, I know everything will be okay and when one door closes another opens but it's just tough sometimes. I don't usually talk about my personal life, but thanks for listening. My random act of kindness is done.

Good morning everyone,

A great idea Mary and my act of kindness is also done as well. Not a lot new going on here. Made more progress on a custom order and plan on coming home after work and plowing out more snow since it has been snowing pretty well all night and continues through the day. Also trying to find a better way to get brighter photos taken as every time I have tried, they still turn out dark.
Hoping for sales to pick back up again soon...

John, I can feel your pain about the snow plowing. We are going to have to shovel. Snow started about 11pm last night and is still going strong. Add to that high gusts of wind and you get low visibility and dangerous driving conditions. Be safe.

Another day in paradise but we moved back to dry camping yesterday. We do kind of miss the unlimited AC; I guess we are spoiled.

I've done several Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) and will be back to do more during the day.

Good morning, everyone!

Val, that was a great radom act of kindness.

Yesterday I took a break from Etsy. Checked my shop and stats a few times, but that was it. I'm a bit discouraged about the lack of views. I've only been averaging about 20 - 25 a day, and that's not good. I think it's time to bite the bullet and get more involved with Facebook and Pinterest. I don't do Twitter, and have no real desire to do so. I have a Facebook page, but haven't really been doing anything with it. Pinterest is going to be an adventure, as I have no idea as to how to even begin, lol.

I'm impatiently waiting for the arrival of new totes. Hopefully by Friday or Saturday they'll get here, and I can check out the quality. I've also ordered some new stabilizer, an adhesive one that is supposed to work well on polyester. Once tgey get here, I'll start embroidering some of my spring designs of flowers, as well as a couple of Easter designs.

I've done my Random Act of Kindness. I'll check in later on in the day to see how others are doing. Have a good one, everybody!

They are calling for more snow here today. DD gas a skating lesson later this afternoon that I'm not looking forward to driving to if it's snowing.

It is still snowing here as well... I'm sensing a theme lol! Hopefully Spring is on its way for all of us!! I need to start working on Spring and Easter designs and its hard to do when there is a foot of snow on the ground and its below zero. I love random acts of kindness days! Mine is done but I will be back throughout the day to do more - as my job allows. I got a couple of shadow boxes done last night. I hope to post 1 today and 1 tomorrow.
