Step One: Follow everyone that has posted their twitter link before yours.
Step Two: Add a link to your twitter page so others can follow you.
Step Three: Pay attention to your fellow team tweets and show some love by re-tweeting, commenting and favoring each others tweets!
Step Four: Check back every week (or more frequently) and follow anyone that has added their link after yours.
Step Five: Enjoy the extra views!!!

Small plug for a Twitter helper I recently started using (and LOVE), with a month free trial... It's called Etsy Fu and you can set it up to automatically tweet a random item from your shop (hashtags and all) at time intervals of your choice: http://www.etsy-fu.com/

P.S. If I get complaints that someone isn't following others I will remove your post. We all win if everyone participates and follows the rules :)
