February Recap - Team Update

EXTREME February!

The past month was EXTREME to say the least! Though the team was created in September, we didn’t open it to the public until this past month and we’ve gained over 500 members in a single month! Awesome!

We hosted a contest for a team treasury game that would help set us apart from other treasury teams and our wonderful Krysthle Poitras inspired the winning game and was awarded a $25 Etsy gift card! Make sure you participate in the weekly game as it could gain you fantastic exposure for your shop!

If anyone ever has any ideas on what we could do to improve the team, please please please message Melissa or I and we’d be happy to consider your idea.

For team treasuries, the official tag you should be using is “Extreme Team”. I know I goofed and put “Treasury Extreme” when I set up the February Treasuries discussion and since I can’t edit the posted tag, I figured we’d just make sure everyone is on the same page for March. I didn’t delete treasuries that were tagged treasury extreme but I will begin to next month once the tag is uniformly understood. Tagging correctly is crucial to make our team a trending team.

Also, if you notice someone repeatedly breaking rules (not commenting on previous treasuries, tagging, etc) just e-mail Melissa or I and we’ll handle the issue. I encourage you to do this as we can’t monitor the forum 24/7 and it’s very important to us that everyone that participates follow the rules. We are a team that helps each other, not just ourselves!

Since we are a team that continues to grow, I’d like to announce that we are accepting applications for another team leader. If interested, message me and I’ll send you the application which will also include a detailed list of responsibilities.

Last but not least, subscribe by clicking on the Team Digest on the team's front page to stay in the loop!

We love you all!
