What will happen if a team member does not complete this assignment by February 1, 2015?

What do you think? Sure, there will be emergencies/etc. that can permit a team member to complete this assignment. This members you send the Captain a CONVO. Yet, team members should do something to continue to be part of a team and this is a beneficial activity for the team member doing so. It is a true win-win activity.

Mike, today I had the time so i went through the 11 pages faved, unfaved and refaved all the shops. I had the time even though it is not due until 2/1/15.

During "Etsy's Testing" this year (2014) a great amount of emphasis was placed on "Admirers" --- the more others FAVE our shops the more admirers we have. When we list new items these listings appear in the Home pages of all of those who have FAVED our shops --- sort of an automatic ongoing promotion of our items and our shops!

In time this can be very beneficial in increased views, faves, and sales too!

Wow! Mike we didn't realize that. Thank you for letting us know.
We haven't been on top of our game with the promoting lately because my brother passed away from cancer the week before Thanksgiving. We have been fighting the cancer right along with him for a year. He was cancer free for a couple of months so I am thankful for that and for my daughter Meranda for helping me keep our business going during the rough times.
LOL anyway with that said, I'm on page 4 and will start back at it Monday. Oh and I also fave bombed a few shops here and there.

Thanks for giving us time out of the busy Christmas Season. I started but need to get back to work on some final orders....will continue. I like seeing the other shops and otherwise I'm sure I wouldn't go through each one like this. So, it is taking me longer. :-) But that is ok.
