Is the New Etsy Cart an issue with buyers?

In the forum discussion is this discussion: "Customers are refusing to buy anymore from ETSY until they stop using the new cart."

A post included this statement " I needed some jump rings and forced myself to empty the (very full) cart and do the order."

Another post "THIS and showing them other items they could buy instead of yours.. THAT makes me so darn mad.. Show them more of our shops not our competitors.."

And another "I have been getting complaints from customers that the new cart system is horrible and they won't buy anymore until it is changed back."

Could this be an issue regarding lower sales/views?

Etsy cannot afford more negative issues now with all the changes, things that make the seller and now also buyer frustrated.

Myself I have a tendency to "over-think" . . . it is good to give a reasonable amount of thinking to an issue, and yet, over-thinking can at most find only tiny improvement possibilities.

I find it annoying to have to remove items from my cart to purchase what I want at the moment. I am sure others feel the same way. It has forced me to use the list. I have made list of my items instead of placing them in my cart. Most people do not like change.

My sales have been extremely slow for April.
