★ Did Josh read this book: "Raving Fans" ★
I think so from his update comments. I sent Josh a thank you convo for his update and focus on the key core potential values for Etsy.
Distractions tend to get people off target. Texting/etc. while driving leads drivers to just aiming their vehicles rather than being focused on the challenges of the road ahead.
From the book "Raving Fans" is the belief that customers need to feel appreciated and anything we can do to make our customers feel appreciated the more they will value shopping at our shops!
Since my wife is now a full partner in our shop I'm finding I can better focus on what I am good at and she can complement our little Etsy business.
