Hello and welcome to the Neurodivergent Makers Network (or ND Makers Network for short!).
I'm Rachel, a neurodivergent knitwear designer. Discovering I was neurodivergent was a real turning point for me. Suddenly, so much made sense - the way I think, the way I work, the way I create. Why I can come up with ten exciting ideas in one evening but struggle to send a single email the next day.
This network is for makers of all kinds; artists, ceramicists, writers, bakers, illustrators, designers, printmakers and more. Wherever you are across the neurodivergent spectrum' Autistic, ADHD, Dyslexic, Tourettes....you are welcome here. Whether you are formally diagnosed, self identifying or exploring this space is for you.
This will be a supportive community for Neurodivergent Makers and a place to celebrate our creativity.
