I'm trying to set up a new shop and am at the "you'll get paid" part where they want my personal info. I've entered everything correctly but "We could not save your identity information. Please double-check it and try again." keeps coming up. I don't know who Etsy is verifying the information with so I can't make sure my info is correct on there. can someone help me?
