Regarding limited countries in Etsy's payment option. | Sellers of Antique and Bygone Finds (Vintage Vogue)

I've been trying to open a print on demand store on Etsy. But when I go to the payment option where I need to choose the country where my bank is located I don't see India there. What do I do now? I do have a PayPal account but I don't know how to integrate it with Etsy.I stumbled upon this page(https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015438907-How-to-Set-Up-PayPal-for-Your-Etsy-Shop?segment=selling) on Google but it seems to be of no help because every link on this page drives me to the same initial page where it asks for the country where my bank is located.Does that mean I can never open an Etsy shop sitting in India?
