Not able to set up billing with Paypal from India

Sellers of Antique and Bygone Finds (Vintage Vogue)

I am trying to set up my billing with Paypal (India) but it doesnt work. Every time when I put all my paypal credentials, it says > "we are taking you back to etsy for this purchse" but then it shows set up billing page only. Does anyone face same issue ? I tried to contact Etsy Customer service as well as Paypal customer service but did not get any proper answer.

Please help.

I am also having the same problem while set up billing. Even the pay pal is not working. It is diverting back to set up billing page
