Hi,I am writing on this board because I get an error saying that I do not have permission to write on any other boards.A week ago I got an email saying that my store has been disabled - I created it only two days before receiving this email.I followed the directions in the link to reconnect my store; however, I received an error saying it was unsuccessful and that I need to contact support.I contacted Etsy that day and I have yet to hear from them. I have no idea why the store was closed. Until they contact me it seems I am unable to do anything. I managed to get into a live chat but got disconnected before any information was provided and haven't seen the live chat option again since.When I try to log in with that account (different from this one), I get an error saying the "account has been deactivated". Again, I've not received any emails explaining this, why it happened, or how to fix it, beyond the "click this link to fix it" which didn't work.Very confused.Does anyone have any input on why this might be and what I can do at this stage?Cheers
