Help for more perfomance

I've been on Etsy for a month. So far I haven't made any sales (I know I don't have a history of reviews, etc.) and the statistics are very low, especially compared to the vast Etsy universe.
I'm asking for your feedback (IF POSSIBLE) to understand what you think is missing for me to start having success based on your experience. In addition, if you could answer a few questions I would appreciate it:
What change has most increased your sales?
