[FR ci-bas]Hello and welcome to Montreal's Marginalized Makers - a safe space for Montreal-based makers who self-identify as belonging to historically mis- or underrepresented groups. You can interpret this as broadly and as personally as you like. If the discussion threads resonate with you, we'd love to have you here!You might have joined this space when it was called Etsy Montreal. We've since migrated off Etsy and have rebranded as Collectif Créatif Montréal (Instagram: @collectifcreatifmtl). Etsy HQ has relaunched its community spaces and given us the opportunity to shape it into a new experience. I've chosen to stay on in the role of Captain and to offer this team to uplift marginalized voices in our small-business community. If you no longer wish to be part of this group, no problem, I won't be offended if you leave! The goal of this group is to share tips & resources and uplift one another as we navigate small-business hurdles. Inclusivity, diversity and empathy should drive every discussion topic and interaction here. Please be mindful of differing perspectives in your conversations. J'ai choisi de rester dans le rôle de capitaine et de faire rayonner les perspectives marginalisées de notre communauté de PME québécoises. Si vous ne souhaitez plus faire partie de ce groupe, il n'y a aucun souci, vous pouvez le quitter sans problème.L'objectif de ce groupe est de partager des conseils et des ressources et de s'entraider pour traverses les hauts et les bas de l'entrepreneuriat.
