End of year - time to work on your taxes, take inventory
So, it is getting to be tax time. Do you take end of year inventory? Do you have all your mailing receipt? Do you know where to find the area in Etsy that shows your fees?
Now is the time to get these things and paperwork ready.
What do you do? Me I have shoe boxes that hold my receipts when I shop and mail. It is now time to start to tally them up.

·8 months agoI find that last section "Legal and tax information" in the "Finances" section in the "Shop Manager" very useful. I'm sure there are other ways people prefer to view their sales totals (let me know), but I like that my gross sales and number of sales are very easily displayed in a quick summary in one section without a ton of clicks to get to it. This helps me view my current stats and see where I am when it comes to meeting my goals. As for the other stuff I'm still learning. Does anyone use Xero or Quickbooks or any other software to help your shop and what do you think about it?
