My buyer has to wait a year to leave a rating?

So I sell digital commissions and for some reason my newest buyer could not leave a rating because it says they can only leave a rating after a year. They brought it yesterday (2.april 2024) and Etsy said they allowed to write one after the 2. April of 2025.

I tried a bunch of stuff and tried looking it up, but I couldn't find anybody else with the problem.

They even give me a new commission but even the new one they couldn't leave a review.

@EnderRitter -das hier ist die deutsche Community, also können wir deutsch kommunizieren! Ich fürchte es handelt sich um einen Schreibfehler und gemeint ist der 2. April 2024. Bewertungen erst nach einem Jahr gibt es nicht.

leider gibt es das schon.
Kunden haben mir das selbe berichtet, das sie erst in einem Jahr ein Rating hinterlassen können.
jat jmd vllt eine Lösung mittlerweile ?

@MobileGamesShop Ich habe das gleicheProblem als Käufer aber nur bei manchen digitalen Artikeln. Eine Lösung habe ich auch noch nicht gefunden.
