What is your favorite late night snack?

I'm sure we have all had a time when we snuck into the kitchen before bed or in the middle of the night, hungry and rummaging through the cabinets. I know it happens for me all the time so I figured, why not share our favorites with each other and save an hour of aimlessly looking at an empty fridge :)

I'll start this one off! My favorite night-time snack is a granny smith apple combined with dark chocolate chips (60% cacao). The bitter and sweet tastes go perfectly together and they fill me up just the perfect amount!
