SHOP NAME HELP!

I really need help from Admin. I've attempted to contact Etsy Support but they don't seem to understand the issue and refer me to the help page on how to change my shop name. That's not the problem.

I have a huge issue with changing the name of my shop.

My first shop was originally where I sold only clay stamps. GiselleNo5.

I later opened a second shop for pottery and called that GiselleNo5Ceramics.

After a few months of running two shops I decided that I would prefer to just have everything together so I went ahead and started listing pottery in my original shop, GiselleNo5, along with my stamps.

Well as my pottery business has grown I have created social media accounts as Giselle No. 5 Ceramics. I want my Etsy shop name to match that. Only it's already taken from my other shop.

My question to Admin is: If I change my second shop name so it's no longer GiselleNo5Ceramics, *will I be able to change my original shop name TO GiselleNo5Ceramics*?

I am really hoping someone can answer this question for me.

You can go back to your last 5 shop name changes. If however you have a sister company you probably need to close on shop, keep open the other one that you require the name of and be more explanatory in what you sell.

I think you can telephone Etsy support, but they seem to be very busy, I have never tried.

On my last 3 or 4 requests for shop name changes I have been reject. I am going to have to develop my brand as StudioAvai as I focus my energy on my business this month.

I hope you are successful in your endeavours. I would also advise that you try the technical/bug forum thread too, to see if there is anything they can do.
