Discussion interactions are currently paused.

Don’t miss our last EtSEO event of the year! In this upcoming virtual EtSEO event, we’re bringing together a panel of Etsy experts to review recent Etsy Search guidance and provide live listing critiques (with a holiday spin!). 🎁 ✨

Listings will be randomly selected from seller submissions across a variety of categories, and panelists will share actionable insights on important topics including keywords, photography, boosting listing conversion rates, and more!

While we won’t be able to provide a critique for every listing submitted, the insights shared by our panelists during the event will provide a helpful framework you can apply to your own listings—no matter where you’re at in your business journey.

Here’s how to participate:

September 15-September 29: Submit your listing in this EtSEO Forums thread for an opportunity to receive a critique from our panelists during the live event. If you want optimization feedback on one of your listings, respond to the thread with a link to the listing you want critiqued. We ask that you only submit one listing from your shop for consideration—so choose wisely! This thread will close to submissions on September 29 at 5pm ET.

October 13 at 1pm ET: Tune in for EtSEO to hear a panel of Etsy experts provide listing critiques and tips for optimizing titles, tags, photography, and more!

RSVP now to save your spot for the event, during which we’ll reveal which listings were selected, share shop optimization tips to help your shop stand out this holiday season, and more for live attendees!

➡️ RSVP here

Plus, be sure to follow @EtsySuccess on Instagram to get tips throughout the week of EtSEO, plus more shop optimization insights and behind-the-scenes of our EtSEO preparations! ❄️

Hi! Submitting one listing from my shop for the holiday critique panel. 🙏

Listing: https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/4578652358/christmas-gift-budget-tracker

Shop: The Download Shop (https://washworksco.etsy.com) — digital downloads and planners for small service businesses.

Three things I'd love feedback on:

1. Holiday 2026 keywords — am I using the right title keywords and tags for Christmas-season search traffic?

2. First-photo clickability — does my cover image stop the scroll, or what would you change?

3. Description conversion — what's missing that would turn a viewer into a buyer?

Thanks in advance to the panel!

Hey there :) I've been selling organic weighted sleep masks and eye pillows on Etsy for awhile, but I have a new product inspired by my customers' over the years: increased size/weight and a fabric tie strap (metal/plastic free), plus 3D eye shaping and eco-Silk backing: https://www.etsy.com/listing/4548742399/organic-3d-weighted-sleep-mask-with-ties. But now there are a lot of features to choose from, so I'd love feedback on how to best offer all the options but make it clear/not overwhelming. Plus I want help with tags to make sure customers interested in Eco-friendly products can find my shop as I use Certified Organic materials, offer plastic-free products, and use solar power via onsite panels. Thank you!

Hi Etsy team! I'd love to submit my newest listing for the EtSEO critique:

https://postcallstudios.etsy.com/listing/4585097776

"Reverie" is an original 9x12 watercolor — a moody blue-grey foggy lake landscape, and my first piece painted entirely from my own vision with no tutorial. My shop, PostCallStudios, sells my original watercolors.

I'd especially appreciate feedback on:

- Title keyword order — am I leading with what buyers actually search?

- Whether my tags ("misty lake art," "moody wall art," etc.) are pulling the right traffic or too generic

- Does the main photo stop the scroll for someone hunting atmospheric wall art?

Thank you for the opportunity!

Hi everyone! I'd love a critique on my large pet cremation urn listing. I've been running Etsy Ads on it — it gets clicks, but barely converts. It's burning budget without turning into sales.

**Complete Freelancer Business Bundle** (6 Notion + spreadsheet templates for freelancers)

It's my highest-priced listing (CA$96.75 on sale) and bundles 6 individual products. I'd especially love feedback on:

- Whether the title/keywords make the bundle value clear vs. the individual listings

- If the photos communicate "6 tools, one purchase" effectively

- Anything hurting conversion for a higher-ticket bundle from a new shop with 0 reviews

Thanks so much!

This custom order Fourteen Foot Farmhouse X-Frame Dining Table was made with rough cut Kiln Dried White Ash that I got from Northland Forest Products in Troy, VA.. The customer requested a table that looked like a hundred year table that I refurbished. There being I used a grinder wheel, hammer, metal pieces to facsimile Age the top of the table and four benches. The table was so large and heavy I had to make them in two, seven foot tables. The design had two breadboards on each end. Plus the center had two board locking in the five center boards with the end boards budding end to end. It set upon three four by four X type legs. The four benches were solid made with attached legs. To get the correct coloring I had to stain everything with Ebony first and Espresso lastly but it did not look correct with the other combination.

It took quite a few weeks to try multiple unification processes to achieve the best Art I could achieve. Even in the end I wanted to critique it more but had to just stop and be Happy with my hard works. I had to deliver myself in a covered trailer for safety of the table, legs, benches and swing. I had to stand up the legs and it took multiple people to carry the table tops into place. To attach it together I had predrilled the holes for the screws and had made dowel pins in places for weather expansion of the woods.

Anyways, credits are due to My Family for being taught from their trial and errors and from the knowledge of my Grandfathers woodworking plus all of Our thirst of knowledge in all trades.

By the way in the background also included a twin size bed hanging swing that was suspended by one inch jute rope through four fourteen inch four by fours under the armrests and hung on the beam in front of the fireplace.

I did notice I have left out the story and details in my listing description to justify someone understanding some of the works that goes into creating some functioning furniture pieces or other listing decorations...

Thanks so much for looking!
