Hello everyone,

I hope you're all doing well! I've been working hard on my Etsy shop and carefully following all the recommended steps to set myself up for success – from optimizing my product descriptions and tags to offering high-quality, unique digital designs (such as customizable wedding invitations and Halloween cards). However, despite my efforts, I haven’t seen any sales come through, and I’m starting to feel stuck.

Here’s a quick summary of what I’ve done so far:

I've researched and used relevant keywords and tags.
My product images and descriptions are polished and detailed.
I offer high-quality digital products that are easy to download and customize.
Prices are competitive, and I ensure excellent customer service.

Is there something I might be missing or overlooking?
I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions from the Etsy community on what else I can do to drive traffic and, hopefully, make my first sale. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you overcome it?

I have never believed I could be a small business owner but I’m super happy at my small journey. While I’m proud of making some sales, what I love is the impact my store is having on others. I have buyers from all over the world getting access to some unique products. In my home country. I’ve hired one assistant, provided gigs for photographers, seamstresses, and delivery people, and I’m still expanding to reach even more people, including those in cooperative in villages to get raw materials like shea butter and cashew.
I recently took a one-month break, got calls from so many of my suppliers,and and I decided to come back. If I can give my small contribution to Benin’s local economy while sharing great items with the world, it would be a dream come true.

Very grateful to Etsy, it truly works if you are patient and passionate.

We just started selling on Etsy and have 10 sales so far. Pretty pumped to share my items with others who are like minded. We got our inspiration to sale products we originally created for our own Japanese Zen Garden. Most everything we make and sell are made from fresh cut locally sourced bamboo.
